1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and visa89 ("Platform", "we" or "the company"). These Terms govern your use of the website, mobile app and all services provided by visa89.

6 Game Rules

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Visa89 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Inaccurate, false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Orders from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any valid balance (excluding bonuses obtained through suspicious activity) will be returned after the investigation is complete. visa89 will notify the player of this process via their registered email.
